Fiction Submissions
The GW Review accepts short stories for publication. Please review our guidelines before submitting:
-Submissions may be no longer than 5,000 words. If submitting more than one work for review, each may be no more than 5,000 words.
-Submissions must be printed (not handwritten) double-spaced and in a legible font. Please number each page.
-In addition to your submission please include a cover letter with a short biography (written in the 3rd Person) and all necessary contact information including your name, address, telephone number and email.
You may submit fiction from April to October to be considered for our Fall Issue, and from November to March for our Spring Issue. Please be aware that our editors primarily receive submissions during the school semester and that any submissions received during summer and/or winter breaks may take longer to review.
All accepted authors will receive two contributor copies of The GW Review in which their work is featured.
